About Island Chill Water

Not at all. Island Chill is nature’s purest water, untouched by humans. We take nothing out of the water, we put nothing into the water. It is in its pure natural condition, extracted straight from the artesian aquifer -a naturally forming impermeable underground chamber, sealed off from the world, which prevents contamination. This aquifer is 100 metres below the earth’s surface and can be accessed only by penetrating a borehole.

Purified water normally has a pH of 7. Liquids with a pH of less than 7 are termed “Acidic” and more than 7 – “Alkaline”.

Island Chill has a pH of 7.5 which is naturally alkaline water, that has many health benefits like boosting metabolism and aiding effective nutrient absorption.

Island Chill has the highest natural silica content in Fiji for bottled water. Silica is a mineral that helps in healthy hair growth, aiding in getting radiant skin and a healthy body.

Island Chill water is bottled in recyclable, BPA free PET bottles.

The shelf life of Island Chill is 2 years. The “Use by date” can be found on the label of the bottle.

Placing Orders

You can place a one-off order or a subscription order for better savings. These orders will be delivered to your door step on your specified delivery date.

Payments can be made with a valid and well recognised credit card or with an online bank transfer.

One-off order can be placed at any time and is delivered to you on your chosen delivery date.

Subscription orders can be placed at any time and delivered to you at your chosen frequency schedule of, every 7 days, 14 days, 21 days or 28 days.

You can absolutely put your order on hold, by logging into your Island Chill account.

One-off order and subscription orders must be placed on hold at least 10 business days before the specified delivery date.

The cancellation must be done at least 10 business working days before your specified delivery date.

An email will be sent to you by Easy Parcel with a tracking number, to track the progress of delivery of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We will courier your order on the same day, as long as we receive payments of your order before 11am, Monday to Friday.

We deliver to your door step, absolutely FREE! Whether it is a one-off order or a subscription order, your delivery charges are on us!

Every order is expected to be delivered within 5 business days, or less!

Standard Order: Order should be shipped within 24 hours, once payment details have been approved.

Weekend Order: Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped on a Monday.

Public Holiday Order: Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped out the next working day.

Orders placed later in the evening or on the eve of a public holiday will also be shipped out on the next working day.

We ship to most states in Malaysia! (Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Trengganu, Negeri Sembilan)

If you know there is a chance that no one will be home, you can always choose for your order to be delivered straight to your office. Alternatively, if you would like us to deliver at a particular time, please send us an email with your order details and change request, at hello@islandchillfiji.com.my so that we can process your request as seamlessly as possible.
